Your bike ride starts at the railway stations in the Zillertal

The Zillertalbahn offers cyclists a wide range of options: city bikes, children’s bikes, child seats and helmets can all be hired at and returned to various train stations, and you can use one of our trains for your journey home. Rental bicycles of the ZVB AG are free of charge on the trains of the Zillertal Railway if there is enough space on the train. We regret it is not possible to reserve a place for your bicycle on the train.

The cycle route from Strass im Zillertal to Mayrhofen is extensive and clearly marked, so no obstacles will stand in the way of an enjoyable ride!
